DHM played a central role in the Mozilla Cybersecurity Delphi Project, which sought to build expert consensus about priorities for improving the security infrastructure of the Internet. Our part in this project included managing a multistage process involving three rounds of surveys and intermediary online discussions. The expert panel consisted of about 50 security experts from a variety of industries, including industries that may have opposing views on cyber security issues and solutions. Our findings contributed to the understanding of the cybersecurity policy landscape, leading to a more informed global public debate.
