Zoe Klingmann

Project Associate

Zoe started with DHM as an intern in August 2015 and is very pleased to be continuing her role at the firm. As a Research Associate, she focuses on data analysis and reporting, including writing, editing, quality control, and visualizing data in exciting new ways. Her areas of interest include local government, housing and homelessness, and transportation.

Zoe grew up in Livermore, California, home of the world’s longest-burning lightbulb, and moved to Portland to attend Lewis & Clark College, where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 2015. While at Lewis & Clark, she had the opportunity to conduct quantitative and qualitative research on topics in American politics such as local interest group behavior and public policy.

Zoe is passionate about making Portland and Oregon a better place to live and work for everyone, and she is excited to work with a firm so central to Oregon politics and policy.
