Adam is co-founder of the firm and equity partner.  He has been conducting qualitative and quantitative research across the country since 1977.  He has authored articles for publications such as Governing, the American Waterworks Association's Total Water Solutions, and Open Spaces.  He is regularly asked to speak to leaders and policy makers about public opinion trends and has presented at state and national conferences on transportation, age-friendly communities, and water agency communications. Adam is passionate about giving a voice to members of hard-to-reach populations and going beyond the numbers to understand the motivations behind people’s beliefs. He holds a degree in political science from Portland State University and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he also directed the Interviewing Skills Program.
